1. Services Provided
I will provide Colour Analysis services for an agreed price in exchange for receipt of payment.
Colour Harmony by Katie provides professional personal colour analysis services, offered in two formats:
In‑Person Colour Analysis Consultation (face‑to‑face)
Online Colour Analysis (fully digital service)
The scope, format and delivery of each service are outlined below.
2. In‑Person Colour Analysis Consultations (Face to Face)
2.1 Service Description
In‑person consultations involve a face‑to‑face colour analysis conducted by Katie at her home, a client’s home,
workplace or agreed location. Colour draping and personalised guidance are provided during the
session.
2.2 Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Full payment is required at the beginning of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Travel & Location
Travel areas and any applicable travel fees will be disclosed prior to booking. Clients are responsible for ensuring a suitable space is available for the consultation.
2.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe stated at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in forfeiture of all or part of the booking fee.
Colour Harmony by Katie reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
2.5 Force Majeure
Sometimes things happen that are beyond my control like a force majeure event. I will attempt to contact you immediately to discuss alternatives.
A force majeure event may include but is not limited to: car accident, traffic disruption, fire, earthquake, labour dispute, act of God, death, illness or incapacity affecting Katie from Colour Harmony by Katie or any local, state, federal, national or international law or governmental order.
3. Online Colour Analysis (Fully Digital Service)
3.1 Service Description
The Online Colour Analysis is a fully digital service delivered via email. No face‑to‑face interaction is included.
Clients receive personalised colour analysis results based on the information and images they provide.
3.2 Delivery Timeframe
Online Colour Analysis results are delivered within 5 business days of receiving all required information from the client.
Delays caused by incomplete or unclear client submissions may extend delivery time.
3.3 Global Availability
This service is available worldwide.
Clients acknowledge that delivery times are based on Australian business days and time zones.
Colour Harmony by Katie is not responsible for delays caused by international time differences or client response times.
3.4 Digital Nature of Service
Due to the digital and personalised nature of this service, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, clear and recent images as requested.
4. Ongoing WhatsApp Support
All clients who have paid in full and finalised their booking (online or in‑person) receive access to ongoing WhatsApp text support with Katie.
Support is provided via WhatsApp only.
Support is offered on an unlimited basis, with reasonable use expected.
Support is provided in good faith and subject to Katie’s professional availability.
Colour Harmony by Katie reserves the right to limit or pause communication if usage becomes excessive, inappropriate or outside the scope of the original service.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in local currency unless otherwise stated.
Australia – Australian Dollars (AUD)
Colour Harmony by Katie reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
Payments must be made via the approved payment methods listed on the website.
6. Refunds and Returns
6.1 In‑Person Services
Refunds for in‑person consultations are assessed in line with cancellation policies disclosed at booking.
6.2 Online Services
Due to the personalised and digital nature of the Online Colour Analysis, refunds are not available once the service has commenced.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Follow preparation instructions provided prior to the service
Communicate respectfully at all times
Results may vary based on individual characteristics, lighting, photography quality and personal preferences.
8. Disclaimer
Colour analysis is a professional advisory service based on expertise, training and visual assessment. Results are subjective and intended as guidance only.
Colour Harmony by Katie does not guarantee specific outcomes, wardrobe results or personal satisfaction.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colour Harmony by Katie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the service.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, guides and content provided remain the intellectual property of Colour Harmony by Katie and may not be reproduced, shared or resold without written permission.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Colour Harmony by Katie Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
For international clients, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under Australian law.
13. Changes to These Terms
Colour Harmony by Katie reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version published on the website will apply at the time of booking.
